What are the delivery options?

We offer standard shipping in all countries of the European Union. 

What are the delivery time?

Once payment has been confirmed, your order is prepared by our warehouse within an average of 48 to 72 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

It is then handed over to the carrier, who takes care of delivery according to the times mentioned below (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

These times are given for information only. We cannot be held responsible for longer delivery times caused by the carrier.

Pre-ordered and/or limited edition items may have delayed delivery times. If this is the case, delivery times are mentioned in the product description of the item concerned.

Are customs duties taxes included?

Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes, and no additional charges will be payable on receipt of the parcel. 

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation is sent by e-mail.

You'll find the tracking number for your package, an estimated delivery date and a link to follow the progress of your order.

I have received the wrong item or an item is missing, what should I do?

If you have received the wrong product or your order is incomplete, please contact us via the contact form you will find in our Website or by email: info@awka-willka.com

Please attach to your message your order number, photos of your parcel and photos of the items received.

Why is my parcel in "return to sender" status?

A package may have been returned to our warehouse ("return to sender") for several reasons:

 The carrier did not have enough information to deliver your package

  • The delivery address was incorrect
  • The recipient does not live at the address indicated
  • Refusal to pay taxes and customs duties
  • Technical errors preventing delivery of your parcel

Once the parcel has been received in our warehouse, we will reimburse you within 5 to 10 working days.

Returns

What are the conditions to make a return?

Only items returned within 30 days after delivery, in new condition and their original box, will be accepted.

 

How to proceed to an exchange?

We do not offer regular exchanges on our Website. 

If you need a different size you will need to place a new order on our e-shop. 

You can return your item by post. 

What are the conditions for returning an item?

If you make the request and provide the return within 30 days after delivery, your order in its original condition, its original box and unused, Awka Willka refund your order. In this case, we will re-credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.

How to return a Luxembourg or an EU order?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery of your order to return your purchase. 

The items must be in perfect condition. 

You can return your item by post. 

From the moment we receive your return it can take up to 30 days to be processed.

How to get the refund / have my order returned?

In order to receive a refund, the returned product(s) must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging (box, accessories). Any product that has been worn, damaged, is not in its original box or whose packaging is damaged will not be eligible for a refund. 

The confirmation of your refund will be notified to you by email.

For the refund, we use the same method of payment with which the purchase was made.

Who pays for the return costs?

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
